I had 10 accounts' clips open before 6 and four made the cut; 9 launch stories gave me three. Four clips: a ten-headed king testing his brother's loyalty, a diver freeing a skeleton underwater, a fighter who will not stay down, and a fish whose spa day ends in the pan. Three launches: a video model that goes 30 seconds in one pass, an image editor you can train on your product, and ElevenLabs scoring your footage. The Secret is a marketing consultant whose feed was all tips.

Kuaishou's new video model, version 4.0, makes 30-second clips in one pass from up to 15 reference assets
Kuaishou's video model 4.0 went live on October 15, and the detail I care about is 30 seconds of video generated natively in a single pass, which is long enough for an actual scene instead of a stitched one. It also takes what they call Omni Reference, up to 15 reference assets and up to 10 keyframes, and it is built for fast motion and complex camera moves. I'd try this today if you make story clips and keep losing the character between cuts.
A popular AI image tool's new editing model does 2K edits in under 8 seconds and can be trained on your product
A popular AI image tool has its third editing model in public beta, and the detail I care about is speed: a 2K edit finishes in under 8 seconds, at $0.03 for 1K and $0.06 for 2K. It takes up to six reference images and edits a boxed region of a picture. It is also the first image editor you can train with a LoRA, which I think is the real news. I'd try this today if you sell one product across a hundred shots.
ElevenLabs released Instant Soundtracks on October 15: it reads your video and writes music and timestamped sound effects to match. The detail I like is that you can get the music and the effects back as separate editable files, and you can hand it an existing piece of audio as a musical reference. Through the API it takes up to 10 videos per request, within 200 MB and 10 minutes of footage. I'd try this today if you score every clip with the same library loop.

Klovera's Shopify app works in four steps: pick a product, pick the presenter and the format, approve the script, then press Put on the product. The Klovera video gallery shows the videos on that product's page in your theme.
You can put up to five versions on one product, and nothing comes off unless you press Take off and confirm. I like that last part: you can test a new video without losing the one that already sells.

Little epics that end where you hoped
Little epics that end where you hoped. Every clip this morning sets up one outcome in its first two seconds and then delivers it: the blessing, the key, the giant going down, the fish in the pan. I think that is why they travel; people share an ending they already wanted, not a cliffhanger they have to explain.
1. A giant brother swears loyalty to a ten-headed king

📈 5,089,885 views · 870× @cinemaa__2.0's usual
▶ Watch on Instagram
A ten-headed king leans off a balcony and asks his giant brother whether he will question him. The giant swears to stand with him right or wrong, warns this enemy is no ordinary man, and I love that he just takes the blessing and marches.
“Bhai ho to aisa varna na hi ho”
— a viewer, @midhansh.307
Why it works:
- Open on a loaded question. The king asks if his brother will call him wrong, and I waited for the giant's answer.
- Let loyalty override the facts. The giant stands with him right or wrong, and the comments argue over whether that is honour.
- End on the march. The blessing and the walk out under the banners give the talk a proper ending.

2. A diver frees a skeleton and the temple opens

📈 10,662,316 views · 258× @priyas_lif111's usual
▶ Watch on Instagram
A chained skeleton slumps beside a golden peacock in a sunken temple as a bolt cutter rises into frame. I watched the diver free it, set the peacock on a pedestal, and the doors grind open on a chest holding a silver key.
Why it works:
- Start with the tool in frame. I like that the bolt cutter rising toward the chain says a plan is about to happen.
- Make the mechanism visible. The peacock on the pedestal turns hidden gears and the doors grind open, so the reward feels earned.
- Leave the key unexplained. The clip ends on a silver key and no door, and the caption asks what it opens.

3. An underdog crawls back up against a mountain

📈 226,905 views · 222× @worldtoty's usual

A fighter leaps fist-first at a man twice his size in a packed arena. I lost count of how many times he hits the dirt, but he crawls back up each time, until the giant lies flat and two gladiators drag him out.
“Waiting for the second fight”
— a viewer, @iddijuma70
Why it works:
- Show the size gap first. The first frame puts a leaping fighter beside a giant twice his width, so the stakes need no caption.
- Repeat the knockdown. He goes down over and over, and every crawl back up kept me for one more round.
- Let the crowd call the ending. Two gladiators drag the giant out and the announcer calls it, so nobody doubts who won.

4. A fish's spa day ends in the frying pan

📈 226,748 views · 131× @absolute.cooked's usual
▶ Watch on Instagram
A fish lounges in a clawfoot tub on a counter, towel turban on, cucumber over its eyes. Then a grinning scrub brush scales it, spice jars pile in with chilli and turmeric, and I laughed when a spoon in a chef hat fried it golden.
“Wht's this bhvr saltu 🧂 😡”
— a viewer, @arion.paxx
Why it works:
- Sell the calm before the turn. The towel turban and cucumber slices make the fish look pampered, so the scrub brush shocked me.
- Give the ingredients faces. The chilli, turmeric and salt jars attack as a gang, which turns a marinade into a scene.
- Finish on the real dish. The fork pulling open flaky white flesh at the end turns a joke into a recipe people save.

Concept: Hook (0–2s): a tin wind-up robot the size of a thumb stands at the foot of a tall bookshelf holding a hardback twice its height. Turn: it climbs shelf by shelf while a sleeping cat's tail sweeps across the gap and nearly knocks it off. Payoff: it slides the book into the one empty slot, the row is complete, and it sits down on the shelf edge with its key still turning. Why people share it: a small thing finishing a big job it had no business finishing. 9:16 vertical, 12 seconds. A home study at dusk, warm lamp light from the left, dust in the air, shot on a 35mm lens close to the shelf, the camera tilting up with the robot as it climbs. 0–2s: static low angle on the robot at the floor, the book held over its head, the empty slot visible high above. 2–6s: it climbs, hooking its arms on each shelf edge, camera tilting with it. 6–9s: the cat's tail swings across, the robot wobbles with one foot off the shelf, then grabs a book spine and holds. 9–12s: it pushes the book into the gap, the row lines up, and it sits with its legs dangling and its wind-up key slowing to a stop; hold on the last frame. No dialogue. Location sound: the soft creak of wood, a cat purring, the tick of the wind-up key. Music: light pizzicato strings and a glockenspiel, about 110 BPM, playful and hopeful, with a two-beat stop when the tail hits.

🤫 The Daily Secret
Your tips are why nobody hires you
A marketing consultant who works alone with small retail brands wrote to me last week. Her question was how to use AI to grow her business, because her three tips a day got likes from other consultants and calls from nobody. Her feed was tidy and useless: five ways to fix your hooks, three email mistakes, a carousel on brand voice. Every consultant posts the same list, so her feed told a shop owner nothing except that she had read the same books.
I told her the tips were the problem. A tip is advice with no proof attached, and a buyer cannot tell a good consultant from a bad one by reading it. What they can judge is a fix: one client, one problem, what she changed, what came after. I asked for the last job she was proud of. It was a bakery whose posts were all product shots from above. She had moved them to the counter, the hands, the box going out the door. That was her ad, not a tip about it.
