I went through 39 accounts' clips before 6, kept four, and turned 7 launch stories into three. Up top, a boyfriend whose Eiffel Tower photos are all blur until he lies on the pavement; then a husband who banned dogs and now sleeps with one, a pink dragon ambushed at the water, and a diver with a golden bat key. For news, Nvidia's free transcription model, ByteDance's video models on a new API, and ElevenLabs translating speech live. To close, a vacation rental host who only posted sunsets.

🤖 News & Updates

Nvidia released Nemotron 3.5 Transcribe, a free, open-weight speech-to-text model that handles up to 40 languages, translates 31 of them to and from English, takes recordings up to an hour and tells up to eight speakers apart, alongside version 2 of its Granary speech dataset. The catch I care about: it works on recordings, not live audio. I think that suits anyone cutting a long interview into reels. In Klovera you write the lines before anyone speaks, so your own ads never need transcribing.
ByteDance's video models are now on B.AI's API, four tiers of them. The flagship, 2.5, makes sound and picture together, runs up to 30 seconds at 1080p 10-bit, takes up to 50 reference materials and lets you edit by timestamp. Version 2.0 goes to 4K with first and last frame control, and cheaper Fast and Mini tiers cover ad variants and prompt tests. Thirty seconds with its own sound is the detail I care about, because that is the length Klovera prompts are built around.
ElevenLabs now has a live speech translation API. The title is all I have on it, and it still matters, because live is the part Nvidia's transcriber leaves out: that one works on recordings, this one works while someone is talking. For a seller, that is the difference between subtitling a call afterwards and having it understood as it happens. For ads I would not wait on live anything. In Klovera you write every line before the shoot, so the language is your call.

Videos on your Shopify product pages, from inside Shopify

Klovera's Shopify app works in four steps: pick a product, pick the presenter and the format, approve the script, then press Put on the product. The Klovera video gallery shows the videos on that product's page in your theme.
You can put up to five versions on one product, and nothing comes off unless you press Take off and confirm. I like that last part: you can test a new video without losing the one that already sells.

Pinned down first, then the payoff
Pinned down first, then the payoff: all four of my clips today spend most of their run with the hero stuck. Blurry photos, a flat no, a snake around the wings, a chain on a chest. I think the hold is the reason they travel, because the longer something refuses to give, the sweeter the second it does, and that second is what people send to each other.
1. An Instagram boyfriend finally lies down for the shot

📈 11,086,311 views · 30× @nayastories.ai's usual
▶ Watch on Instagram
A boyfriend snaps phone pics of his girlfriend at the Eiffel Tower, every frame a blur, and she puffs her cheeks into a pout. I love the fix: he drops flat on the pavement, nails the shot, and she melts into a hug.
“Knp rata rata gni klo cwo dksh moto😅”
— a viewer, @gung_ayu_yasmin
Why it works:
- Start on the pose, not the photo. The Eiffel Tower and golden light promise a great picture before the blur lands.
- Let the pout do the work. The puffed cheeks over the camera roll are the whole complaint, and nobody has to say it.
- Make the fix physical. He drops flat on the pavement, and the effort is the joke that earns the hug.

2. The husband who said no dogs, one month later

📈 46,415 views · 23× @mimi.odd's usual
▶ Watch on Instagram
A wife walks a golden retriever through the front door and her husband snaps a flat no; a one-month-later card shows him asleep with the dog. I grinned when she catches him cooing and asks about the rule; he says the dog is family.
“That exactly how it happens”
— a viewer, @briangarcia3981
Why it works:
- Say the no out loud. A flat 'No, absolutely not' at two seconds sets the line he will cross.
- Cut straight to one month later. The card skips the persuading, so the man asleep with the dog lands as the punchline.
- Let her catch him. Her 'No dogs in the house?' turns his own rule into the sweetest line he says.

3. A pink dragon drinks, and the river strikes back

📈 137,605 views · 22× @mrbashr_ai's usual

A pink dragon bends to drink, orange eyes glowing in the roots behind it, then a lava-veined serpent bursts out and pins its wings. I held my breath until it lifts off, snake still on, torches it and drops it in the river.
Why it works:
- Plant the eyes before the strike. Two orange eyes glowing in the roots make viewers wait for a hit they know is coming.
- Pin the hero to the ground. Wings flattened on gravel is a picture of losing, and losing is what keeps people watching.
- End on the splash. The snake dropping back into the river is a clean, quiet full stop after the fire.

4. A diver, a chained skeleton and a golden bat key

📈 285,402 views · 14× @priyas_lif111's usual

Through a diver's eyes, a chained skeleton guards a stone block with a golden bat set into it. I rewound the moment the bat pries loose and fits a bat-shaped lock, and the lid lifts on a giant gold bat over coins and pearls.
Why it works:
- Put the guard in frame first. A chained skeleton beside the block says this was worth locking up before anything moves.
- Make the key fit the lock. The golden bat sliding into a bat-shaped keyhole is the click people rewind for.
- Lift the lid last. The giant gold bat over the coins is held until the end, so nobody leaves early.

14–21 s, medium two-shot, tracking: @Dez walks up from a white van, slides a wedge and a long reach tool into the door gap. @Dez: "Twelve minutes to arrive. Twelve seconds to open."
21–28 s, close-up, static: the lock pops, the door swings open, @Kristen grabs the keys and laughs, @Dez hands her a card. @Dez: "Save the number. Everybody needs it once."

🤫 The Daily Secret
Sell the arrival, not the view
A vacation rental host wrote to me with a cabin outside Asheville and a question: her feed was all sunsets and hot tubs, people kept saving the posts, and nobody booked, so what should she be making with AI instead? She wanted one thing to post that would turn a save into a stay. I asked for the listing. Drone shot over the ridge, a deck, the tub steaming at dusk. Lovely, and the same as every cabin either side of hers.
Here is what I told her, and I mean it: nobody books a view, they book the first ten minutes. The view is what guests tell their friends about afterwards. What they worry about on the drive up is the lockbox code, whether the gravel road is fine in a small car, whether the lights are on, whether the door sticks. Every host shows the sunset and almost none show the arrival, so the arrival is where you win, because it is the thing your guest is actually afraid of.
