I went through 42 accounts' reels before 6 this Halloween and kept four, then read 8 launch stories and cut them to three. Keepers: a dollar found in the snow, a drunk monkey who befriends a crocodile, a bully egg that becomes a mug cake, and a toy car that turns real in a tunnel. Launches: one-model voice agents, a video adapter built from lab-grown neurons, and a cheap draft mode on a video host. My Secret is a yoga studio owner who kept posting her bendiest teacher.

Eleven Realtime shipped: speech-to-speech models for voice agents, each one a complete agent. I like this because nobody has to pick and tune speech recognition, voice activity detection, turn-taking, a language model and text to speech. The models cover more than 90 languages and can use any of the 17,000-plus voices. Each one makes the small calls, how long to wait after a pause, how to recover from an interruption, the calls that make a Klovera character's line sound like a person.
The Biological Computing Co. grows neuron networks in its lab, shows them image patterns and turns the signal data into a tiny software adapter for existing video models, including Alibaba's. I read that twice. It claims matching quality at 80 percent lower cost, about half a cent per second, and launches on Halloween to mixed reactions, speedups on one side, unease about human cells on the other. For anyone building four 7-second shots in Klovera, cheaper seconds mean a wrong take costs less.
fal posted that a popular AI video model now has a Draft mode on its platform: preview a clip at 480p, then finish the same clip at 1080p. Most of the money in AI video goes on takes you throw away, and a cheap low-res pass lets you check the hook and the turn before paying for the pixels. It is how I work on prompts in Klovera too: get the shot order right, then make it pretty.

Three angles to sell the same product

Be My Producer starts from your idea or your product link and writes three sales angles before it writes a word of script. You pick the one you believe with Use angle, then read and change the script before anything is made.
Want to see which face sells it? The same script can go to a different presenter. These two are one script, two Klovera presenters.

Small things that become something bigger
Small things that become something bigger is the whole engine this week. A dollar, a bottle, an egg, a toy car: the camera stays on one small object long enough for it to turn into a chain of kindness, a friendship, a cake, a real car. I think it works because the viewer can retell the clip in one line, and a clip you can retell is a clip you send.
1. A found dollar in the snow comes full circle

📈 2,039,874 views · 229× @mimi.odd's usual
▶ Watch on Instagram
A woman finds a dollar bill in New York snow and spends it on coffee and a bun for a homeless man. The kindness hops down the block until, in the ending I love, an old woman's nephew jump-starts the first woman's car.
“Is this an actual film if so what's it called please”
— a viewer, @joanne.tatham.969
Why it works:
- Open on the dollar. A lone bill in fresh snow is a question, and I did not scroll past it unanswered.
- Spend it in the first beat. She buys the coffee and bun for the homeless man before anyone expects her to keep it.
- Close the loop on her car. The nephew jump-starting the very car of the woman who found the dollar makes it a circle.

2. Drunk monkey turns crocodile dinner into a dance

📈 2,572,616 views · 443× @hifubentertainment's usual
▶ Watch on Instagram
A tipsy monkey in a blue sarong staggers along a riverbank with a whiskey bottle, slips into the river, and a crocodile's jaws close around his head. Instead of screaming he pours the croc a drink, and I did not see the slow dance coming.
Why it works:
- Let the jaws really close. The crocodile's mouth around his head is a real near-death, so the flip earns its laugh.
- Flip it with one gesture. Pouring the croc a drink needs no words, which is why I think it travels in every language.
- Hold the hug. Monkey and crocodile embracing in the shallows is the frame people screenshot and send to a friend.

3. A bully egg, a mug cake, and a dark joke

📈 54,611 views · 35× @absolute.cooked's usual
▶ Watch on Instagram
A scowling egg chases a sugar cube, a flour ball and a little egg across a counter, then cracks itself into the bowl first. A milk carton shoves the rest in, and I laughed when the batter rose into two smiling mug cakes.
Why it works:
- Make the chase the recipe. Every ingredient that runs is one you need, so the joke is also the method.
- Let the bully go first. The egg cracking itself into the bowl turns the villain into a sacrifice in one beat.
- End on real food. Two risen mug cakes with chocolate chip faces are something I could make tonight, and so could the viewer.

4. Toy car on a train windowsill goes full size

📈 2,932,739 views · 16× @yapayzekaserisi's usual
▶ Watch on Instagram
A tiny orange model car sits on a train windowsill while snowy pines slide past the glass. The train enters a tunnel and the toy becomes a full-size car on the tunnel road, and I bought the scale jump on the wheel and taillight close-ups.
Why it works:
- Cut inside the tunnel. The train dives into darkness at the exact moment the scale jumps, so the switch hides.
- Prove scale with parts. Wheel, mirror and taillight close-ups convinced me it was a real car before the wide shot.
- Keep one colour constant. The orange carries from toy to car, so the eye never loses the object it followed.

[GOAL]
Format: product ad. 9:16 vertical, 28 seconds, one continuous take. For: a plant nursery in Asheville, North Carolina. The video: gets first-time gardeners to come in for a starter kit. A single seed dropped into a pot on the counter grows, in one take, into a tomato plant that fills the frame.
[CHARACTERS]
@Kristen (the nursery owner): green canvas apron over a cream waffle-knit long-sleeve, dark jeans, soil on her hands.
[LOCATION]
A greenhouse nursery on the edge of Asheville, North Carolina, early morning after rain. Low sun through fogged glass panels, wooden benches of seedling trays, a chalkboard price list, a red wheelbarrow by the door.
[SHOTS]
0–7 s, extreme close-up, slow push in: a single tomato seed sits in @Kristen's open palm. @Kristen: "This is three dollars."
7–14 s, close-up, static: she drops the seed into a small clay pot and presses the soil with one thumb. @Kristen: "Everyone thinks they will kill it."
14–21 s, medium, slow tilt up: a green shoot breaks the soil and climbs, leaves unfolding, until the plant stands as tall as she is. @Kristen: "This took me nothing but a windowsill."
21–28 s, wide, slow pull back: the plant is heavy with red tomatoes, and she picks one and holds it to the lens. @Kristen: "Starter kits by the door. Come get yours."
[LOOK]
Natural daylight, warm greens and terracotta, 35 mm look, soft fog highlights, light film grain.
[SOUND]
Greenhouse hush with dripping glass, a fan ticking, soil crumbling, the lines, music: gentle acoustic guitar with brushed drums, about 95 BPM, hopeful.

🤫 The Daily Secret
Your yoga ad is the stiff beginner
A yoga studio owner wrote to me with a question I hear a lot. She asked how she could use AI to grow her studio when everything she posted, a teacher in a perfect backbend, a sunlit room, a quote over a mat, drew polite likes from people who were already members and nothing from anyone new. I looked at her page and told her the problem was not the posting. It was the casting. Every clip starred the one person her customer will never be.
Here is what I believe, and I said it plainly. Nobody about to pay for a first class is inspired by a backbend. They are scared of it. The person you want is a man with a tight back who has driven past your door twice and kept going. So the star of the ad is him, standing outside, not the teacher inside. Most studios get this backwards because the teacher is who they have on hand and who looks good on camera. I would hide her until the last shot.
