Forty-nine accounts' clips crossed my desk before 6 and four earned a place; 6 launch stories gave me four write-ups. The clips: a stickman whose boss's cash tower reaches the clouds, a monster rave that ends with one cleaner and a mop, a hunter who finds a blue-eyed pup, and a fallen angel leaving a girl one feather. The news: Alibaba's video model that speaks as it draws, Google's story app in India, Meta's creator bot, and ElevenLabs' one-model voice. The Secret is a wedding DJ who posted packed floors.

Alibaba's open video model makes the voice and the picture in one pass
Alibaba's TaoLive team put a preview of a new text-to-video model on Hugging Face, and the detail I keep coming back to is that it makes the speech and the high-resolution video together, in continuous chunks. Two low-resolution passes set the structure, one high-resolution pass sharpens it, and each chunk carries its audio and picture history into the next. The catch: the accelerated pipeline wants eight GPUs. In Klovera your characters already speak their lines in the reel, with no hardware to rent.
Google's Dreambeans app tells personal stories in 13 Indian languages
Google took Dreambeans, its experimental app for personal visual stories drawn from your digital activity, to India, its first market outside the US, with 13 local languages including Hindi and Tamil. It runs on Android and iOS, less than two months after it opened to eligible US users 18 and over. I read it as Google betting that people want stories made from their own lives, in their own words. I see the same thing in Klovera every week: a reel about your week beats one about your catalog.
Meta's creator assistant adds opportunity alerts and automated comment replies
Meta updated the creator assistant chatbot it launched in June, the one that reads what is working across Facebook and Instagram and tells you where the opportunities are. The three additions: opportunity alerts, better guidance on making content, and automated replies to comments. The one I'd watch is the automated replies, because a bot answering your comments is also a bot speaking in your voice. The alerts tell you what to post this week; Klovera is where you make it before the trend moves on.

Videos on your Shopify product pages, from inside Shopify

Klovera's Shopify app works in four steps: pick a product, pick the presenter and the format, approve the script, then press Put on the product. The Klovera video gallery shows the videos on that product's page in your theme.
You can put up to five versions on one product, and nothing comes off unless you press Take off and confirm. I like that last part: you can test a new video without losing the one that already sells.

Huge scenes that end on one small thing
All four of this week's outliers spend their budget on spectacle, a neon cash factory, a monster rave, a wolf pack in the snow, a fallen angel in a cave, and then hand you something tiny to leave with: one bill, one mop, one blue-eyed pup, one feather. I think that is why they travel right now, because a big scene earns the stop but the small object is what you can describe in a message, and a share is only a description. Spectacle is cheap in AI now; a payoff you can hold is not.
1. Stickman pumps his pay into the boss's tower

📈 1,243,703 views · 66× @rasel_vai36's usual
I watched a sweating stickman crank a red pump in a neon factory, cash shooting down a glass pipe. It runs past FAMILY, RENT, FOOD and BILLS, hands snatch it, the manager passes back one bill, and the boss's tower climbs into the clouds.
“My employee coming soon inshallah I'm ultra rich 🤑”
— a viewer, @therealshawaiz
Why it works:
- Label every character on screen. EMPLOYEE, MANAGER and BOSS float over their heads, so I got the joke before anything moved.
- Make the pipe transparent. You watch the money leave his hands and travel the whole route to the boss.
- Keep the worker smiling. He grins while the tower grows, which is the part I'd tag a coworker over.

2. Halloween monster party, and the cleaner who mops it

📈 824,116 views · 75× @magnificcreativehub's usual
I stopped on a grinning unicorn in a crowd of pale, wigged party monsters, a masked DJ in pearls working the decks. The night gets stranger and pink goo covers everything, until morning, when one tired cleaner in rubber gloves mops around the sleeping monsters.
“This is what picture a underground illuminati party looks like.”
— a viewer, @primopacino1986
Why it works:
- Open on the strangest face. The grinning unicorn in a sea of white masks made me stop to work out what I was seeing.
- Let the mess pile up. The pink goo keeps spreading so the morning-after shot has something real to clean.
- End on the one sober person. The cleaner in rubber gloves is the only normal figure, and that is who I recognised.

3. Hunter clears red-eyed wolves and finds one blue-eyed pup

📈 319,550 views · 38× @voidztar's usual
A crow bleeds from its beak, a red-eyed wolf waits in the snow, and a hunter and his robot clear the pack. They crawl into the den braced for more infection and find a battered blue-eyed pup, which I did not see coming.
“De här va suveränt kanon bra de skulle ha släppts ut på bio de va kanon bra film”
— a viewer, @lindvall.annika
Why it works:
- Start on the red eye. The bleeding crow and the glowing eye promised me horror before a word was spoken.
- Give the hunter a partner. He talks to someone named Jarheart, so the exposition sounds like two friends, not narration.
- Flip the colour at the end. Two days of red wolves, then blue eyes in the den, and I felt the whole mood turn.

4. A girl with a lantern softens a fallen angel

📈 197,424 views · 13× @minuit.art.ia's usual
I watched a horned, winged monster crouch in a flooded black cave while a tiny orange lantern walks toward it. The girl lifts the light to its face and touches its claw, and it rises into a shaft of light, leaving one feather half turned white.
“The little girl is the dangerous one”
— a viewer, @notesfrominsidereality
Why it works:
- Make the hero a speck. The lantern is a dot beside those wings, so the scale told me she should be scared.
- Let her touch first. The turn is her hand on its claw, with no words, just a gasp and a giggle.
- Leave one small proof. The feather, half black and half white, is the whole sermon in one object, and I'd copy that.

[GOAL] Format: product ad. 9:16 vertical, 27 seconds, one continuous take. For: a family moving company in Denver, Colorado. The video: gets homeowners to book a quote before they start packing themselves. A whole house goes into a truck in one sweep, and the last thing carried out by hand is one small framed photo. [CHARACTERS] @Dez (lead mover): navy work polo, tan cargo pants, black work boots, brown leather lifting belt. @Cassidy (homeowner leaving after forty years): cream cardigan, grey slacks, white sneakers. [LOCATION] A brick ranch house driveway in Denver, Colorado, early morning, clear and cold with the Rockies faint behind the rooftops. Low sun from the east, a 26-foot box truck with its ramp down, a mailbox at the curb, frost on the lawn. [SHOTS] 0–7 s, wide, slow push in from the street: the garage door rises and the whole house seems to flow out, sofa, boxes, bed frame, in one rushing line up the ramp. @Dez: "Forty years in this house, Cassidy." 7–14 s, medium, tracking alongside the ramp: @Dez guides a dresser up while two stacks of boxes march past him. @Cassidy: "I thought it would take a week." 14–21 s, close on the empty living room, camera slowly turning: bare floor, one nail hole, and @Cassidy standing in the quiet. @Cassidy: "That's it. That's everything." 21–27 s, close, handheld, settles: @Dez walks back in, hands her one small framed photo he kept aside, and she holds it to her chest as the truck door rolls shut behind them. @Dez: "Not quite. This one rides up front." [LOOK] Warm morning light, soft shadows, 35 mm feel, slight grain, muted blues against the red brick. [SOUND] Quiet suburban street, truck ramp clanking, boxes sliding on the floor, a sparrow, the lines, music: gentle acoustic guitar with a light string pad, about 90 BPM, warm and hopeful.

🤫 The Daily Secret
Film the empty floor, not the packed one
A wedding DJ wrote to me last week, the kind who works forty Saturdays a year and spends Sunday posting proof. He asked how he could use AI to get more weddings, because he puts up a clip of every packed floor, hands in the air, lights going, and the bookings do not move. I asked who actually hires him. Not the dancers. A bride, her mother or a planner, four months out, and none of them are worried about the packed floor.
Here is what I told him. Nobody books a DJ for the party that goes right. They book one to stop the party that goes wrong: the floor at 9:40, when grandma has gone to bed, the cousins are at the bar and the couple is wondering if they wasted the money. Every DJ posts the same packed floor, so it says nothing. The empty floor, and what you do about it, is the one thing only you can show. Sell the problem you fix, not the room after you fixed it.
