I went through 61 accounts' clips before 6 and four would not let me scroll past; 6 launch stories gave me three. Clips first: a sick husband with two different wives, a classroom flood that was a geography lesson, a mama phoenix with binoculars, and a boyfriend who shows love without saying it. Then the launches: a 33B open video model for home GPUs, a four-step video model, and a tool that checks whether AI shoppers mention you. Last, a shoe repair shop owner whose rival is the trash can.

A 33B open video model now runs in 4 to 8 steps on a home GPU
I put this one first: a merged checkpoint of a popular open video model, 33 billion parameters, trending on Hugging Face. The detail I care about: it runs in 4 to 8 steps on consumer GPUs, because two distillation LoRAs were fused into the backbone and the weights pruned, and it comes in two precision tiers for home hardware. It is built for ComfyUI, so it is for node people. If you would rather type a scene than wire one, that is Klovera.
WaveForcing 1.3B is a small text-to-video model from a research lab, and I like it because it finishes in four or five denoising steps. It ships as two variants, 5step and 4step, in the native checkpoint format of a popular open 1.3B video model. The catch I noticed: the text encoder, tokenizer and VAE are not included, so you load them from that base model and pass a row of command-line flags. In Klovera the speed is the default and nobody types a flag.
OptimizeGEO launched an Integrated Demand Engine: three new capabilities for enterprise marketers, AI Ads Insights, AI Shopping Intelligence and Execution Agents, with a human approving the changes. I picked it because the problem it chases is one every seller should care about: whether your product shows up when a shopper asks an AI what to buy, and what shapes that answer. For the rest of us, I think the move is a video a shopper remembers, which is what Klovera is for.

Every payoff reverses the opening shot
Every payoff reverses the opening shot. All four clips open on one picture and end on its opposite, and I think that works right now because a reversal makes people scroll back up to check what they missed, and a second watch counts the same as a first. It also hands them a reason to tag someone: which one are you.
1. Same fever, two wives, and a bowl of mom's soup

📈 1,706,565 views · 688× @alkra.ai's usual
▶ Watch on Instagram
A husband with a fever asks for medicine and his wife, fixing her earrings to go out, tells him it's just a cold. Then the same scene replays with a second wife, who stays, brings his mom's chicken soup, and says tonight it's her turn.
“Second one noticed there was a camera.”
— a viewer, @munozfarmz
Why it works:
- Open on the earrings. The wife doing her earrings while he asks for medicine tells the whole first half in one gesture.
- Replay the same lines. Wife two gets the same fever and the same I'm fine, so the only thing that changes is her.
- End on the mom. Calling his mother for the soup recipe is the detail couples quote back to each other.

2. The classroom flood that was a geography lecture

📈 1,321,736 views · 156× @pelshiii's usual
▶ Watch on Instagram
A teacher screams everybody out as water pours under the door, and a tidal wave crashes through while a boy climbs to the window. I laughed when he wakes at his desk with earbuds in, the flood a geography lecture leaking into his nap.
“Movie link 🔗 my bio me hai download 📥 karlo 🎥🎬”
— a viewer, @iam__himanshunath
Why it works:
- Start mid-scream. Everybody out, now, over water under the door, drops me into the disaster with no setup at all.
- Go bigger than a classroom. A wall of water hitting the school seen from the window sells the dream as a real movie.
- Cut to the lecture. The Red Sea line arriving over a sleeping boy turns a blockbuster into a joke I have lived.

3. A dragon plucks a phoenix chick; mama has binoculars

📈 132,236 views · 11× @mrbashr_ai's usual
▶ Watch on Instagram
A dragon pins a phoenix chick to a tree, plucks it bare and sews the feathers into a robe he struts in. I loved that mama phoenix saw it all through binoculars, and the dragon ends tied to the same tree as she lights up.
“❤️इस Movie का link 🔗 मेरे Bio में hai और App का link 🔗 भी Bio में hai जिससे New Movies और Serial सभी भाषाओं me बिल्कुल free download कर सकते hai या online देख सकते hai”
— a viewer, @kumarpankaj.999
Why it works:
- Hurt the baby first. Plucking the chick bare in the first seconds makes every mom watching, me included, the phoenix.
- Give mama the binoculars. Watching the dragon sew from a distance builds the revenge before a single feather burns.
- Let him strut. The dragon modelling the robe in the doorway is the smugness that makes the fire feel earned.

4. He never says I love you; count the ways

📈 2,337,633 views · 6.9× @dyyhoang_aiker's usual

A caption dares you to count, because he never says I love you, and a song lists what he does instead: traffic side, shoelaces, an umbrella given away. In the rain she beats him to it, holding her red coat over his head.
“Don’t believe in words, action matters ❤️”
— a viewer, @pallavi_ammy
Why it works:
- Dare them to count. Asking viewers to tally the unspoken acts turns a watch into a game they argue about below.
- Keep every act small. Shoelaces, the traffic side, a wrapped kitten: the acts are things anyone could do tonight.
- Flip who gives. Her red coat over his head in the rain is the first time she gets there before him.

Format: sitcom. 9:16 vertical, 27 seconds, one continuous take. For: a family-run hardware store in Boise, Idaho. The video: gets neighbors to bring the dripping-faucet problem to the counter instead of ordering a whole new tap online. An old clerk refuses to sell a young woman the part she asks for, and the refusal turns out to be the sale.
[CHARACTERS]
@Frank (the owner behind the counter): faded red canvas apron over a grey work shirt, reading glasses on a cord.
@Kristen (a first-time homeowner): olive green parka, white tee, blue jeans, a brass faucet cartridge in a sandwich bag.
[LOCATION]
A small hardware store in Boise, Idaho, late Saturday morning, cold and bright outside. Low sun through the front window across worn wood floors, a wall of little labeled drawers, a coffee can of pencils by the register.
[SHOTS]
0–7 s, medium two-shot, slow push in: Kristen sets a shiny boxed faucet on the counter. Frank looks at it and slides it back. @Frank: "No. I'm not selling you that."
7–14 s, close on Kristen, static: she blinks, confused, and holds up the bag with the old part. @Kristen: "It drips all night. I need a new one."
14–21 s, medium, camera follows Frank: he walks to a drawer, pulls a tiny rubber washer, drops it on the counter. @Frank: "You need this. Four dollars."
21–27 s, medium two-shot, static: Kristen laughs, pockets the washer, and the boxed faucet stays on the counter as she heads for the door. @Frank: "Bring the next one in too."
[LOOK]
Warm wood and brass, soft window light, 35 mm look, light film grain.
[SOUND]
Quiet store hum, a door bell chime, the washer clicking on the counter, the lines, music: easy acoustic guitar, about 95 BPM, friendly.

🤫 The Daily Secret
Your real rival is the trash can
A shoe repair shop owner wrote to me last week with a short question. He wanted to know how AI could get new people through his door, because the customers who knew him loved him and nobody else seemed to know he existed. He had been posting what most cobblers post: a boot with a fresh sole, a bag with a new strap, a price list taped to the window. Good work, nice photos, no shares. I asked who he was competing with, and he named the two other repair shops in town. I told him that was the wrong answer.
His real rival is the trash can. Nobody drives past two cobblers to reach a third, but every week somebody stands in a hallway, looks at a worn heel and decides a pair is done. That decision is where his customers go, and no photo of a finished sole changes it. So his videos should not show how well he repairs shoes. They should argue, every single time, against throwing a pair away.
