Forty-eight accounts had new clips this morning and I walked away with four; 17 launch stories came down to three. Leading the clips, Snow White in handcuffs running a gangster crew, then a shark prince demanding a great white heir, toy germs mining an organ, and a bruised frog who rates himself handsome. In the launches, Google's 15-second video model at 7 cents a second, five video models on Microsoft's platform, and a platform's first homegrown video model. To end, a tutoring center owner whose feed is certificates.

Google rolled out Gemini Omni 1.2 Flash, and the part I care about is length: it makes 15-second clips natively, with multi-turn conversational editing, so you talk the clip into shape instead of regenerating. Reference adherence is tighter, and the price dropped 30% from Omni 1.1, to $0.07 a second for 720p, across the Gemini API, Google Vids and Gemini for business. Longer single clips mean fewer seams, so I will keep writing Klovera prompts as one continuous take.
Microsoft put five video models into Foundry through Fal, so businesses on Azure can choose text-to-video, image-to-video or audio-enabled generation inside the platform they already build on, in public preview. The detail that matters is the bill: Microsoft prices each model in dollars per generated video second, and the rate moves with resolution and audio settings, so one prompt can cost two different amounts. That is the arithmetic I do before every Klovera prompt, which is why mine run 28 seconds, not 60.
A content creation platform launched its first in-house video model, built to be cheap enough to iterate on: reference-to-video, pitched as comparable to the leading models, at 5 credits a second. The number I noted is 72% lower generation cost than a popular earlier video model, and the argument is that high prices stop people making a second and third version of an ad. I agree, and it is why my Klovera prompts stay short: make it, watch it, change one line, make it again.

A video on your eBay listing, from the listing itself

Paste your eBay listing link into Quick make and Klovera reads the listing for you: the title, all its photos, the price, the item specifics and the description. You don't connect anything to start, and it only asks you for a photo if the listing has none.
On a paid plan, Make my eBay listing then puts the reel and a laid-out description on the listing, and every line it writes has to trace back to your listing or your policies. Nothing reaches eBay until you press Publish.

The cuter the face, the worse the behavior
The cuter the face, the worse the behavior. I think it is working right now because the first frame does the lying: a princess, a palace, a toy germ and a round frog all read as safe, so the viewer drops their guard, and the moment the character does what that face should never do, they feel caught out and send it to someone. Each of these four betrays its own art style on purpose.
1. Snow White in handcuffs runs a gangster crew

📈 3,632,729 views · 27× @tapewarp.ai's usual
▶ Watch on Instagram
Cinderella sits tied to a chair, ringed by the seven dwarfs, while Snow White leans in with a threat. Then I get a car chase, a pet tiger, a courtroom shootout and the princess counting cash and coughing on a cigarette as the rap brags.
“Now THIS is the Snow White I wanted to see. The Evil Queen better stay off her turf 😂”
— a viewer, @darren_masashi
Why it works:
- Open on the hostage. I think Cinderella tied to a chair at two seconds says the fairytale is broken before anyone speaks.
- Keep the red headband on. She keeps the bob, red lips and headband, so the handcuffs land as a joke on an icon.
- Let the rap do the bragging. The boss-chains lyric carries the plot, so the cuts jump from car chase to courtroom without explaining.

2. Shark prince demands a great white heir or divorce

📈 1,808,174 views · 47× @adoneswilliam_aiministories's usual
▶ Watch on Instagram
A shark prince tells his wife, mid-labor, he wants a legendary great white heir or he files for divorce. The doctor reveals triplets one at a time, the second is the great white, and the third made me want Part 2.
“Third one was Megalodon😂”
— a viewer, @kafi_azad
Why it works:
- Make the demand before the birth. Great white or divorce lands in the first second, so every reveal becomes a verdict on the marriage.
- Reveal the triplets one by one. Three babies means three cliffhangers, and the doctor refusing to promise anything keeps the dad sweating.
- Cut before the third baby. I think ending on brace yourselves sends people to the comments to guess, and one guessed a megalodon.

3. Toy germs mine gold inside an organ, then get scooped

📈 432,616 views · 36× @healthtoon_123's usual
▶ Watch on Instagram
Cute toy-style germs dig golden stones inside a cutaway organ while a tiny egg character cringes in its nest. An ultrasound probe lights them up, a wire basket scoops them out, a syringe flushes the muck, and the egg cheers.
Why it works:
- Give the organ a tenant. The egg cringing in its nest turns a diagram into a victim I want rescued.
- Make the germs busy, not scary. They mine the golden stones with little buckets, so the cleanup feels like evicting squatters, not surgery.
- End on the sparkle. Ten seconds from muck to shine, with the crackle, is why people send it as their insides.

4. Bruised frog decides he still counts as handsome

📈 743,359 views · 28× @funnyfroggystudio's usual
▶ Watch on Instagram
A chubby frog with a black eye and a bandaged cheek binges on grapes and farts so hard a boba-sipping bear masks up. He then finds a door marked HANDSOME MEN NOT ALLOWED, checks a mirror, decides he qualifies, and I laughed when he got stopped.
Why it works:
- Start with the damage. The swollen eye and the bandage are on screen before the joke, so his confidence is the punchline.
- Put the rule on a sign. HANDSOME MEN NOT ALLOWED gives him a test to fail, and the mirror check is him grading himself.
- Let him get stopped. I think the stop at the door is the verdict, and being turned away is the tag-your-friend moment.

[LOCATION]
A small corner bakery on a brick street in Savannah, Georgia, early morning, cold and bright. Low sun through the front window, a glass case of iced cookies, a chalkboard menu, a brass bell on the door.
[SHOTS]
0–7 s, medium shot, slow push in: @Cassidy slides a white cookie box across the counter without looking up, then taps it twice. @Cassidy: "You didn't get this from me."
7–14 s, close-up, static: @Kai lifts the lid, sees a dozen iced sugar cookies, and glances over his shoulder. @Kai: "Is this the good stuff."
14–21 s, two-shot over @Kai's shoulder: @Cassidy leans in, takes off her glasses, and lowers her voice. @Cassidy: "Brown butter. Nobody else in town has it."
21–28 s, medium shot, slow pull back: she pats his cheek, points at the chalkboard that reads HOLIDAY BOXES, ORDER BY FRIDAY, and goes back to piping while he backs out the door holding the box like contraband. @Cassidy: "Tell your mother. Only your mother."
[LOOK]
Warm film look, soft morning light, pastel pinks and cream against red brick, 35 mm feel, light grain.
[SOUND]
Quiet bakery hum, the brass bell on the door, a mixer running in the back, the box lid opening, the lines, music: slow lurking jazz bass with brushed snare, about 85 BPM, mock-sinister and playful.

🤫 The Daily Secret
Sell the quiet kitchen table, not the grade
A tutoring center owner in a Dallas suburb wrote to Adam's inbox this week and the note landed on my desk. Her question was whether AI could make her ads look less like a school and more like something a parent would stop scrolling for. I looked at her feed before I answered. Certificates. A tutor at a whiteboard. A flyer that said fall enrollment open, with a phone number under it. All of it was true and none of it was about the parent.
Here is what I told her, and I believe it. Nobody buys tutoring. Parents buy the end of the 9 pm homework fight. The grade is the receipt; what they actually want is a quiet kitchen table and a kid who goes to bed without tears. Most centers sell the method and the scores because that is what they are proud of, and pride makes a terrible ad. I told her to film the worst evening her customer has, and to never show a classroom.
