If you are attending virtually, you will begin to receive ZOOM links by end of day Wednesday, July 31st.

Event recordings will be available for all attendees on August 7, 2024

If you have access to the IM Facebook Group you should watch the prep videos that have been posted over the last several weeks.

For those of you that are attending in person:
- It’s 110 degrees in Las Vegas; the meeting room will be air conditioned.
- You may need to purchase WIFI from the hotel - the cost is $22 per day
- There will be opportunities to join the Round Table, Upgrade to Elite & Pro, get discounts on Prep Center Credits and more. Be ready…
- If you are flying to Vegas, take a taxi to the hotel as it will be less money than Uber or Lyft.
- If you are not staying at the Palms, allow an extra 15 minutes for traffic / transportation to the venue
- The ASD tradeshow starts Sunday, August 4th.
- The Inner Circle Walkthrough will take place at 1:00PM Sunday, August 4th.
